The Popular Show Campaign 4 Reveals the Soldiers Party

Since the launch of the fourth campaign, new Dungeon Master Brennan Mulligan has maintained audience suspense with deep backstory, a wide array of characters, and a gripping narrative showcasing divine entities, evil spirits, and malevolent powers growing in influence within the city.

Note: Spoilers for the latest installment of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Warrior Group Revealed

The third episode finished on a major cliffhanger and presented the premier party of characters who will split off from the central cast to embark on their own adventure, distinct from the additional parties.

The combat-focused team features Teor Pridesire (played by the voice actor), the agile character (Laura), the fierce warrior (the cast member), Wicander Halovar (the player), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

Given a large ensemble, it was obvious from the outset that having everyone at the same party would be unfeasible.

Hence, the initial installments of Campaign 4 serve as an Prelude, connecting the characters’ stories before branching into three distinct groups: Warriors, Strategists, and Questers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

Per the Dungeon Master, the warrior group is for participants who are drawn to a traditionally charged fight-heavy story mode where non-violent answers are few and far between.

Initially, characters like the squeamish cleric Wicander Halovar might seem mismatched, but the actions of the third episode demonstrate why these particular heroes are best suited for the Soldiers table.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party understands precisely where to proceed after a intense initial meeting with The Crow Keepers.

An old friend of Thjazi—whose passing initiated the narrative’s action—used the enemy for his own means, entering the hidden lair, striking the character, and taking all the enchanted items to dispose of.

Casimir then cleared his debts and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, beyond the urban center, with Teor’s brother pursuing him.

Personal Motivations

Additionally, each adventurer has a specific drive to leave the city Dol-Makjar:

  • The rogue, as the close ally and best friend, seeks vengeance.
  • Kattigan knows the northern area and advises that it is a dangerous environment.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having resisted his family’s wishes to eliminate Teor and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • But, their position as important members in the influential clan could help the group access locations they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, The fighter swore a eternal obligation to The savior for his salvation and will now go with him anywhere.

Fugitives

In addition, all of them are sought by the rulers that control Dol-Makjar for a variety of reasons, making remaining behind no longer safe:

  • Thimble and Kattigan are known criminals.
  • The strong figure and The healer turned against the influential house and the army of fiends they are allied with.
  • Teor is marked for death by the clan.

This leaves them little choice but to head to the remote area in pursuit of the traitor.

What’s Next?

According to the latest episode’s follow-up content, we learn that the warrior group will be absent the following episode, leaving the rest of the cast members to form the Explorers and Planners tables.

Audiences can anticipate discovering which adventurers will be assigned to which table in the season’s final introductory chapter, streaming live on next week.
